What each mechanic does
A reload bonus adds promotional balance to a deposit. Free spins are rounds on a slot chosen for the promotion. Cashback returns part of a period's losses as a cashback bonus. Winnings from each mechanic are credited to the balance stated in its terms, and that balance has its own wagering requirement before withdrawal.
Challenge and shop coins are a unit separate from bonus balance: they are earned by completing challenges and exchanged in the shop for prizes. VegasHero's bonus and promotion terms set out the rules common to all offers.
Challenges, shop, tournaments and Wheel of Fortune
Challenges award up to 15,000 coins, and the shop exchanges them for prizes worth up to €1,000. The VegasHero menu adds tournaments, a Wheel of Fortune and the VIP Club, whose levels unlock more benefits. The general rules include dedicated annexes for the shop, gamification and the Wheel of Fortune.
The actual prizes, their cost in coins and how they are delivered are shown inside the shop itself, in your account.
